Ich bin schon mit der Gastronomie groß geworden, da meine Eltern ein Restaurant führen. Schon ziemlich früh wurde ich deshalb in unser Restaurant eingebunden und half in der Küche oder auch im Service. Ich mochte den Kontakt zu den Gästen sehr, weshalb ich mich für eine Ausbildung zur Gastronomin entschied. Am Ende der Ausbildung war ich mir jedoch nicht mehr so sicher, ob ich diesen Weg den Rest meines Lebens gehen will. Ich wusste, dass ich mehr erreichen will und bekam durch dein Quereinstieg die Möglichkeit in eine ganz andere Branche zu schnuppern. Ich bekam dort viele Angebote und konnte mich ganz unkompliziert bewerben. Durch dein Quereinstieg konnte ich mein Talent für Kundenkontakt weiterentwickeln und bekam zusätzliches Knowhow für die Kundenberatung beigebracht. So konnte ich meinen Traum mich weiterzubilden und trotzdem Kontakt zu Menschen zu haben in meinem neuen Job vereinbaren.
Dein Quereinstieg ermöglichte mir trotz Corona einen sicheren und spannenden Arbeitsplatz. Die Bewerbung war sehr unkompliziert und ich bekam sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Ich konnte schnell im neuen Job anfangen und bekam alles Nötige beigebracht. Dein Quereinstieg hat mir sehr geholfen in einer schwierigen Zeit einen wirklich tollen und erfüllenden Job zu finden. Die Liebe zum Kochen kann ich immer noch gemeinsam mit meinen neuen Kollegen ausleben.
